He kept asking me to pay more money because he was under the impression I did not pay online, which doesn’t make any sense because how do you have my name at the terminal if I did not pay. We were at a standstill for about 25 minutes until the host at the apartment. I booked said I did nothing wrong and told the driver to leave.
Nobody showed up and I had to pay another driver to take me to my hotel i want a refund asap thus is unexceptable
Very good service. The driver was right on time, even a few minutes early. Safe driver and very helpful with all of our luggage. A great experience overall! Will definitely use again and again.
Nice professional drive to our location. Met us at airport with our info and took care of our luggage.
Exactly on time. Nice clean vehicle. Friendly and professional driver. Second booking with this company, I will definitely use them again when I am back in town.
Everything went perfectly. Would book again. driver was waiting with a clear sign, got me to the hotel safely.
