Italian tour with Cristina Cristina was very kind, knowledgeable, did not rush us, and we arrived perfectly on time for the all-aboard. A very valid guide for the tour of Puerto Plata in Italian! Compliments to the whole staff, including the bus driver! Absolutely recommended!
I met Cristina through social media; it is certainly not easy to trust someone from a distance, but she was friendly, kind, and ready to give every explanation about the tour and Puerto Plata right from the start. Her assistance began before the booking; a few days earlier, she sent us all the directions to follow to reach the meeting point with great precision, and the day of the excursion confirmed her skill. The tour was very interesting; she explained all the secrets of the place to us, offered us water, and let us taste the local liqueur! Gerson was a fantastic guide! He was knowledgeable, very interactive with our family of four, and an overall exceptional person for us to spend time with enjoying the culture, sites, and kindness of Puerto Plata. He was so accommodating to us…he picked us up from the Air bnb where we were staying even though the address location wasn’t initially on the pick up and drop off. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
This was a great experience and it was expected to rain so we were encouraged to move our tour up earlier and I am so glad that we did. It was really a personal experience Nestor our tour guide and David our driver treated us like family. It ws a very knowledgable tour and with interesting historic information throughout the enhtire tour, plenty of time for photos and souvenir shopping. The rum tasting was fun and they were not stingy with the samples lol. I would definetly come back and do a tour with Uncle Nestor again. The best tour operator ever if you want to do a tour a real tour and not just someone taking you around t places where they are pushing you to buy something, book this tour you will not regret it!
Although it was raining heavily, we still was able to see much of Puerta Plata. Our drive Joseph (Jose) Rodriguez was the best!! He was informative, and took us to the best spots for shopping, food and sights.
We had the opportunity to meet Cristina during our visit to Puerto Plata, and she was a fantastic guide, becoming our point of reference for our first excursion in the Caribbean, allowing us to visit the city and the sea. We would choose her another 1000 times. So we recommend contacting her for your excursions!
Awesome experience! Edgar is very professional & stays with your group every step of the way! Truly a private tour in a air conditioned van. Edgar does pick up & drop offs from the cruise port. Would book again! Highly recommend ❤️
