My wife and I rushed that morning to get to the meeting point on time. There was no guide present to meet though. I contacted the company and they weren't aware of a scheduled tour that day. There was no tour. The tour company told me to request a refund from Viator.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable and was able to give us a more in-depth understanding.
