The tour was great. The guides were very nice and explained everything well. One received a warm overall. At the end of the tour, there were hot cocoa and cookies. We saw two different species of whales up close. One star deduction for the fact that the tour includes puffins and advertises them, but you can only see them from a distance. This creates false expectations in advance. If one wants to observe the animals up close and in a more relaxed manner, one should book a separate tour (if there is one).
We got to see a Minke whale and a Humpback whale multiple times! The crew was very knowledgeable about whales and puffins
Bad weather, excursion rescheduled. Little seen, guide said little, could have told eg about birds. Too full boat, so visibility was poor.
Very complete, very friendly and lively guides. The tour was extended because we found more than expected and the coffee and pasta very rich.

So much fun! The crew was the best I have experienced on a whale watching cruise. We spotted 2 minke whales right away and watched them for about an hour before heading to see the puffins. There were puffins everywhere, on the water, in the sky, on the island watching their tunnel nests. Then we were treated to hot chocolate and cinnamon buns!

It was a lovely boat ride. We saw only a few puffins on Aug 11th but we were really excited to see whales. We saw a couple of humpback whales but just the top of their back and only for a second. Nature will do what it does, that’s ok. We enjoyed our time on the water and felt warm and cozy with the overalls provided and definitely enjoyed the hot cocoa and cinnamon buns as an ending treat. I went with my 11yo daughter and her 65yo grandmother. My whole family enjoyed the tour.

It is true, when going whale-watching in nature, there is never a guarantee to see a whale and some days it can be more tricky to find a whale and follow their movement pattern. But it is great to hear that you were able to observe a whale and could enjoy the experience on our boat! We hope to welcome you again some day!
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this experience. For the steep price of almost 500 EUR, one naturally expects more—especially given the way the tour is advertised. The promise of seeing whales and puffins up close is a major draw, and the primary reason most people would opt for such an expensive excursion. However, the reality fell far short of expectations. We saw puffins, but only from a distance of approximately 1 kilometer, if not more. As for the whales, we caught just two brief glimpses, and even then, only faint silhouettes were visible. I understand that this is wildlife, and the crew has no control over animal behavior. Yet, it feels dishonest to market the experience in a way that leads customers to expect something far more engaging and intimate. Moreover, the price is highly disproportionate to what is actually delivered. Given the lackluster experience and the misleading advertising, I cannot say that the cost is justified. In essence, it feels like the tour is not delivering on its promises, and customers are left disappointed as a result.
