Regarding the timing: We strive to communicate our recommended 30 minute prior arrival time clearly on all booking confirmations and platforms. We regret that this vital piece of information was missing or unclear in your case. We are immediately reviewing our communication channels (email and booking platform notifications) to ensure this requirement is prominent and easily seen. Most critically, we are very sorry to hear that the attitude of our reception staff was not reaching our standards.
