Car broke down on return trip to the airport on a very busy road that caused a backup. I had to ask the driver to call for another car be sent. There was no communication about what was happening. The driver just kept trying to start the car. A 2nd car was sent to pick us up. We had to unload the luggage by ourselves and try to cross the road as car were literally flying by us. This placed my family in a very dangerous situation. After we returned from our trip and before writing a review we reached out to request a partial refund. We weren't asking for the entire fare to be refunded, just 50% as they did send another car. The request was flat out refused. Please learn from our experience and choose another agency to provide your transportation.
After traveling for more than 24 hours it was great to have our driver waiting for us. Our flight was late but it was no issue. He texted us to let him know when we were coming out with our baggage. He was very friendly, pointing things out on the drive from the Bergen airport into town. I would highly recommend this service!

Viator was so accommodating. My party was split up due to delay in flights and they accommodated us by sending another driver for the second person coming into town. They went above and beyond.
He was on time, provided good information on things to see in Bergen, and pointed them out on the drive.
Are you joking? My experience is less than a zero. Our driver never showed up and we waited an hour for him. We were never met and you have our money. We ended up making other arrangements for transfer to our hotel. You will be hearing from me at the conclusion of my vacation, !! This is not very professional! We may not be working with TripAdvisor anymore as this is the second time, such a thing has happened!!
