Very good staff and sitting area also very comfortable
Crew was very friendly and professional. Explained everything in a professional and helpful manner, even to difficult guest. Accommodated toddler.
We visited Bergen as a cruise port stop and wanted to get closer to the fjords while in Norway. The views were absolutely stunning. The boat was plenty large enough with both indoor and outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the view. Most folks started out up top but made their way inside once we started moving and it got chillier. Definitely bring a heavier coat, hat and gloves. Even if it’s warm out on land, it’ll get chilly once the boat starts moving and you won’t want to miss everything there is to see. There were drinks and snacks available for purchase and a bathroom inside. I was a little worried that 3.5 hours was going to feel long and get a little boring but there was so much to see that it flew by.
Amazing and spectacular sights of fjords and colorful villages. Beautiful even with the clouds as made it more dramatic. Highly recommend!
The narration during the harbor exit and regarding the textile factory and ship engine factory was informative and interesting. After that there was quite a lull without commentary. It would have been nice to have heard more music from Grieg, or details on the fjords or the geography.

Interesting 3-4 hour trip until arriving at the canal
It has been a great experience today (also being lucky that it is sunny here in Bergen area). Caroline has great knowledge about the culture and history, into details for giving us a fruitful tour. The train to the cruise was a bit late today due to technical issues, however flexibility and resourceful responding had made the day without exhaustion at all. The team has done a wonderful job. Recommended.
A great morning trip on a boat. Beautiful scenery. Great photos to be had (reflections in the water). Friendly crew. Definitely recommend
This was a lovely tour through a beautiful fjord. It was a little long, but the major sights were far away. The top deck seating was not very comfortable. Our biggest disappointment was that there was very little description about what we were seeing and the speaker quality on the top deck was poor so we couldn’t really understand what was said.
