Lily and jessica were our guides for this wonderful day out amongst caves and rivers and mud baths, all in all a great day out!! 10/10

my guide lily was lovely and very helpful, the day was super fun and honestly i think this is the cheapest option and it gives you a full day of stuff, the mud run and obstacle course is defiently a highlight and addition to the caves

We conducted tours during the September off-season. I explored Phong Nha Cave and Paradise Cave with guide Jessica. Thank you so much to Hoang Oanh for handling the reservation error urgently, and thanks to the lovely tour guide Jessica for taking care of us until the end, allowing us to take good photos and make memories. She is a professional guide and photographer. I want to recommend this to my friends too. I will look at other tours for SOVABA with interest!

A must-do for adventure-seekers going to Phong Nha. Our tour guide, Lily, was absolutely hilarious and wonderful throughout the whole tour. The tour bus picked us up from our hotel in Phong Nha and took us to the Paradise Cave to start. There was a short incline hike long a well-paved path to get to the cave, where we got some free time for ourselves (around 1 hour). Next, lunch was provided by the tour company at a restaurant in the park, which included a whole variety of delicious foods (there was something for everyone)!. They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions as well. Afterwards, we were given time to change into swimwear for the Dark Cave. We were provided with hardhats with head lamps, and more jackets. We ziplined all the way to the cave opening, and swam around 20 metres to the cave entrance (it was super easy since everyone had a life jacket on). Lily, our tour guide, was proactive in taking pictures of every group member at various points during the tour as she was mindful that most of us could not take our phone in (unless we had some sort of waterproof pouch). The Dark Cave tour was our favourite part as it felt so adventurous to explore a cave in complete darkness, having to mildly climb and swim at some points in the cave. It was truly so fun and so different from anything else we’ve done in Vietnam. Lastly, there was an optional Duck Stop part of the tour as we headed back as well!

Very beautiful excursion for those who wish to visit the caves departing from Hue. Thanks to our guide Tra (Jessica) for the information provided and for her contribution to the success of this day by facilitating communication between group members and thanks to her professionalism and her humor.

Jessica/Tea was an incredible guide that is full of energy and kindness. She is super knowledgeable of the Phong Nha Caves history and presents relatable with great sense of humor. We loved the tour and are very thankful for the support given throughout the experience.

The tour was well organized and we have been able to do all the program as scheduled. Lily our guide was very sweet, she explained to us interesting stuff about those giant caves and making sure we were fine always with the smile. The good thing also is that she mostly gave the informations on the road so we could visit freely the cave at our rythme afterwards !

Very good but the excursion is a bit expensive and there are many long waits in the sun, getting very hot.

The shuttle bus was small and cramped. Other than that, I think it was a very enjoyable trip.

Great experience overall. The pickup and drop off were on time and the pace of the activity was excellent. Lily was a wonderful guide. Both the caves are gorgeous and huge. must visit!
