David is great! So much fun , good trip!

Brilliant day with our tour guide David! He took amazing pictures and made sure we were all safe and happy. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful day with a very funny and nice guide (David) - paradise cave was amazing and the aqua park had lots of nice activities. For the dark cave, the path can be very slippery so be careful if you're unsure of your footing

We had a great day with top guide Lily! She was very attentive and funny, took care of personal photos of each participant during the trip and also personally escorted our son across when he was not allowed on the zip line (unfortunately under 40kg is not possible, which is understandable). Paradise Cave was very impressive, Dark Cave a super fun experience (especially for children!) and the day ended with fun at the water park. Recommended!

It was awesome experience for me. Nature, caves, river... everything was perfect! Our tourguide David is the best! He makes our visiting in Phong Nha so pleasure and cool! Tells us interesting things, take a good picture in the Dark Cave for our memories!

We recently visited Paradise Cave and Dark Cave, and we absolutely loved it! We paid for the package with a bank card right on the Trip.com website — everything went smoothly. The day before the tour, the organizers contacted us to confirm the pickup time, and then they picked us up right from the hotel — it was very convenient. The bus was very comfortable, and our guide, David, was a real gem: he was incredibly friendly, patiently answered all our questions, and even took memorable photos for everyone. The caves themselves left a lasting impression. Paradise Cave is stunning in its scale — it’s a truly huge cave, and the view takes your breath away. Dark Cave is a real adventure: it includes a zipline ride, a trek along a narrow path wearing a helmet with a flashlight, and mud baths. After the main part of the tour, there were plenty of activities to enjoy: you could go kayaking, jump off a bungee swing, and just relax. We especially appreciated that a shower and towels were included in the price — we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tour exceeded all our expectations — we definitely recommend it! 😊

Paradise Cave is pure magic — massive chambers, stunning formations, incredible lighting. You feel like you've walked into another world. Dark Cave is the opposite vibe: total darkness, kayaking, rope climbing, crawling through mud, and swimming in an underground lake. Wild, messy, and so much fun! Our guide David made the whole experience. Funny, knowledgeable, super attentive on the tricky parts. He shared local stories, helped everyone through, and kept the energy up the entire time. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does.

Very nice tour with a bit of an adventure feeling in the cave, with mud baths and the zipline. Lilly, our tour guide, was funny, quickly brought the group together, and captured everything for us in photos. She was helpful and very friendly; so much depends on that for a tour to be good. The local lunch was varied and very delicious. We would book it again anytime😊👍

This was such a fun day! Paradise Cave was incredibly impressive, with huge chambers and beautiful stalactites. After lunch, we headed to Dark Cave for some adventure. The zipline across the river was definitely a highlight, and the mud bath inside the cave was something completely different. Our guide was friendly and very helpful throughout the day.

We (family with two teens, 13 and 15) had an exciting day at the two caves. Lily was an excellent tourguide who organised everything so well that it went very smoothly. Besides visiting the two caves we had a very nice and tasty (vegetarian as we wished) lunch.
