I arrived on time, but was in the wrong meeting place, and no one returned or looked for me, I was sending a message and nothing to return, the chat app itself for conversation the answer comes after 3 hours...suming I paid and not even access to the tickets I had already paid

Our guide was well prepared, accommodated my slow gait, had an excellent binder of related photos that was very informative. We also found the guide to be a friendly and funny person.

Carles was an exceptional guide. Experienced, very personable, and knowledgeable. He met us on time at the appointed spot, and gave us a thorough tour for the whole scheduled time. His English was excellent.
