Loved this activity! Would go again in a heartbeat! Enjoyed the view and the jetski's were in good, clean condition and easy to use.
Had the most amazing time! Everyone was so nice and helpful from start to finish - Stephanie was patient and so sweet with organizing everyone for waivers and proper preparation. Guillermo was straight forward with the rules and regulations and clear about the boundaries or the experience. Sebastian was an amazing instructor and did the coolest tricks. He gives helpful advice (faster=more stable 😅) and he will take such good photos/videos of you since bringing your phone is a recipe for disaster. They let you go as fast as you can and as long as you stay in the boundaries you are free to roam and race!
We were left stranded in the ocean for almost an hour in pelting rain after the boat left us behind. No bathroom facility obviously and Took almost an hour for the next boat to come and pick us up. Driver of the pick up boat was driving distracted and was the WORST boat ride of my life. Jetski was great but would NEVER use this company again.

This tour never happened because they changed the location at the last minute. I showed up at the meeting point mentioned in the app but they were not there. I will be requesting a refund.
Watch out for this agency! I rented a car from Rental Ride that was in a totally unacceptable condition: parts that come off, defective joints, dust that gets inside and especially a real feeling of insecurity while driving. I immediately reported the problem and requested a change of vehicle, but my request was ignored. No responsiveness, no respect for the customer. I strongly advise this agency against future customers who want to rent safely.
The fine print was very fine. I paid for a reservation not for the actual event. $18 and the event was actually nore like 180 or something close to that. And I couldn’t get a refund.
Good morning, please check your reservation because we don’t charge $18 to reserve, when you book with us the reservation is paid in full, maybe you are confused with any other activity? Refunds have to be requested directly to VIATOR Let us know if we can assists you with anything else
Me and my son went for my birthday. We had a blast. It was kinda hard to find you need to explain in detail how to get to the people with the jet skis but other than that we had a blast . The guy was really nice and had me enjoy our time
Amazing time would definitely do it again. Very fun and I felt extremely safe. Would highly recommend
My most memorable part about being on the jet ski was being able to share the experience with my bestfriend. I was nervous at first but once I took off it was so much fun!!! I’d do it all over again and again!!! YOLO!!!😜🤸🏾♀️🥰
