It was very good. Our guide took us on a lovely ride through some parts of Lima. He is very knowledgeable in general and specifically about the areas we rode through (San Isidro, Baranco and Miraflores). The reason we rated a 4 and not 5 is because the address was not clear. Trip advisor gave the address with the zip code and not the number of location. Should be 148 Lorios!

Very fun! Tour guide...
Very fun! Tour guide showed us different stops and asked what we wanted to see. Even got to try local fruit and more!

Excellent experience with Maverick
Fantastic tour with our guide Maverick by ravine and Miraflores. It is very worth the experience, we enjoyed very nice views and places guided by an excellent explanation from our guide Maverick. At all times he was a caring and friendly guide. We laughed a lot and enjoyed the group a lot. I recommend this tour.

Do not be afraid of Lima traffic on this tour
Excellent exercise and Lima sightseeing. Franco our tour guide made it easy to navigate the traffic . Most of the cycling was on bike paths which the city has made accessible.

Fun way to get to know parts of Lima
This was a super fun way to cover more ground in the city, especially if it’s your first day in Lima. We really enjoyed our tour guide - he was a real character and gave us some great local recommendations. The best part was getting to bike around the City, which has some robust bike infrastructure and lovely green spaces. You can cover a lot of ground on the bikes. Biking on the roads without bike lanes could be hairy because of the traffic rules, so I recommend this only if you are a comfortable urban biker. Overall a fun non traditional tour of Lima!

Not great
The tour guide was nice but the tour was pretty bad. We all had different types of bikes that lacked quality. The route seemed random, sending us on and off the sidewalk with our bikes and cycling in parks where we were not supposed to. The locals were telling us and the police even asked is to step off our bikes. Tour guide crossed red lights and just left us to follow him. Didn’t get much information. Basically just stretching time riding circles in the city.

An easy way to visit larger city areas
Arriving at the location we couldn’t see any signs of a bike shop but our taxi driver was able to investigate the building and ensure we were in the right place!
The bikes and helmets provided were fine and our guide Gonzales spoke good English having lived in London for some time. Our small group ended up just being us so we had a private tour! Following closely on Gonzales tracks through the traffic, we spent most of the tour on cycle paths along the coast. Firstly we passed through the modern district of Miraflores, on the clifftop pathway above the beach. Onwards to the Parque del Amor where lovers come to attach their padlocks to the railings and propose. Next to Salazar Park to visit the Paddington Bear statue and then on to the district of Barranco. The atmosphere here was much more relaxed being a cultural residential quarter where wealthy Victorians build their holiday homes. The architecture was older colonial style. We stopped at the Bridge of Sighs and ‘held our breath’ whilst crossing for our wishes to come true!
The ride lasted a good 3 hours at our pace returning through the city again on good cycle paths for the most.
A word of warning the overcast skies belied the strength of the sun so do wear good sun protection!

Amazing bike ride through a beautiful city with a great guide.
Franco was amazing, his knowledge of the different districts is vast, and his English is very good. He took my wife and I to many different parks and neighborhoods, teaching us the history along the way. Before the bike ride he got us both a water and along the bike ride we stopped for the restroom when needed. All together it was a relatively easy bike ride on flat land but Barranco has many hills. None that are too steep but you will definitely get tired in barranco.

Amazing bike tour
I was visiting Lima solo and joined Franco’s bike tour 2 days in a row! It’s an adventure cycling in Lima and he knows all if the best ways to get around and through the traffic. He also knows so much about Peruvian history and Lima so it feels like a little classroom on wheels. I did both the city center tour and the more ocean side tour and they were both great. I love to see a new place by bicycle and I cannot give Franco a higher recommendation. Sign up if you are planning a trip to Lima.
