Easy Booking, then got a message saying that an extra 5 USD is required to pay as it was out of a travel area (Trip from Airport to Hotel was only 25 min max) This was not mentioned in the original booking, So just beware.
Thank you for your feedback, Anthony Spasevski We describe on the booking clearly that the drop off is in Duong Dong centre, your hotel - New World Phu Quoc Resort, Khem Beach, An Thới, Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang is further than the drop off area and we have to pay more for the driver. When we got your booking, we had reconfirmed you that. You agreed the extra then we had arranged the service as the confirmation.
