On time waiting for us. Had a beer on the way to our resort. Our driver was absolutely the best provide free beer and water and was very informative.
Our driver was very courteous and treated us all well. This is in addition to getting us to our hotel very quickly. Well done! Would use this company and this driver again!
Our driver was there waiting for us when we arrived in Los Cabos. Email communication was on point. Very safe drive to and from airport.
I booked with agent. Paid $170 bit was cancelled and didn’t find out out until arriving in Cabo. Had to find another ride and pay $100
We do not leave people stranded just because we don't want to pick them up. We have reservation policies: if you don't come out within two hours of your flight's arrival, we'll have to leave; if you don't come out within 20 minutes at the lobby of your hotel, we'll have to leave; if you booked hotels outside our area, which are Hard Rock, Pueblo Bonito Sunset, Pacifica or Montecristo, Nobu, Diamante or Dunes, we won't be able to provide our service and will have to cancel the reservation. But we don't leave you stranded just because we don't want to fulfill your reservation, and we always have proof. If something like this happened on your trip, please ask for evidence. We're sorry, but we have to follow rules.
Russell was very courteous and very accommodative. He treated us like his own family. It’s great to have this type of service when you’re on vacation especially in a country that we did not speak the native language. Russell was able to communicate with us in English and that made everything so easy for us. Thanks Russell and Ballard Tour.
At each end - our driver was on time, very kind and very helpful. This was a great experience with the entire team from scheduling - to the drive and driver - topped off with a very clean, very nice vehicle to be transported in. I could not be more pleased.
Great customer service. Was waiting for me when I left the airport with my name on a board. So easy, and also Ishmael had drinks for us. Very friendly as well.
