Our experience was great, the drivers were kind and talkative. The SUV was nice and cool. We were offered water and beer. My only recommendation is for the company to prepare you better when you arrive at Los Cabos Airport. Ignore all of the people that say "you need to check in here first", they are lying! Go straight outside and find the representative that has on the proper uniform and is waiting by the shuttles.
Communication and service were great! Would use again in the future! Drivers on time and friendly!!!
Reservation was easy and fast, communication was prompt. Ride was not there when we arrived had to wait about 15mins. Otherwise great experience will use again. Thank you

My experience with this team was overall very positive with one issue. Upon arrival on Sunday, the ride took 40 minutes to the hotel, even though there was no traffic. However, my return trip took only 20 minutes. Aside from that initial delay, the team is incredibly responsive to emails and highly reliable. Having a dependable service is especially important in countries like Mexico where time can be fluid. I would definitely use them again!
