Marcos our guide was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was super patient with an older lady in our group that did the Sforza castle part of the tour. Marcos was very organized and gave us additional information about the Leonardo da Vinci papers & Maria de la Garcia church. I would definitely do this tour again! The guide was very knowledgeable! However the 1st 1/2 hour we stood in same spot and listened. Entry was very disorganized. You need a printed ticket (I couldn't use Viator digital ticket). The ticket check is in a different place then the security check where you also have to show your ticket again. After the Last Supper the tour of the church only includes the OUTSIDE. The listing should make that more clear. It is misleading.
I’m sorry that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. The value of having a guide is precisely to receive a detailed explanation before entering and discovering the artwork. Regarding the access time, it is exactly the amount of time granted to our guide, and the entrance procedures are unfortunately not determined by us. Tickets and audio headsets are provided directly by the guide and, unfortunately, on Sundays the church is open only for worshippers, which may result in some restrictions for tourist visits. We still hope you enjoyed the experience overall, and we thank you for your feedback.
