Very poorly organised. Everyone seemed to have tickets with different starting times. I got there just before 9, because my ticket said 9.30 start. We sat in bus until 10.30 because others had that starting time! Guides didn’t seem to know what was going on. Took ages to get groups organised and start off. My guide spoke so softly, and before whole group got to a point, that I missed about half of commentary. Certainly over priced and under delivered.
A LOT of walking on cobblestone, difficult for guests with canes. The entire tour is walking except for bus transport to location.

After we got off the bus, a guide was assigned to us. Then, she said, we have to hurry. She walked off at a fast pace. We tried to keep up, but couldn't. We are in our mid-seventies, have bad knees, and my wife uses a cane. Soon, the group was out of sight. We walked into town, went on a canal cruise, got lost. We hired a taxi and paid a big fare to take us back to the ship.

Your fellow cruise passengers also have limited time ashore, and the itinerary must be completed within the scheduled time. Took a little longer for the people to organize the tour group and get us on the buses, but after that it was amazing! Bruges is my favorite gem in that area of Europe. The medieval charm is second to none. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and took us through all the great locations with stories to accompany them. The two hour break was great to get a bite to eat and wander the streets or shop. Overall this was the best one I’ve been on. Thank you!

Excellent guide, transportation, and equipment. We were met at the cruise terminal and efficiently bussed in a new clean and comfortable bus to downtown with clear and understandable local tour information. The walking tour used whisper devices and the pace was easy and efficient. Our guide was thorough, friendly, spoke perfect english and had a wealth of local and historical information. We had plenty of free time to choose our lunch and special interests. I believe our time was efficiently spent and complete.
The transportation was high end and very clean. We spent about more than 6 hours in the city and the boat ride was highlight of my experience. Every question answer session was the most valuable thing in this tour.
I only had a short window and this fit in nicely. It covered the essentials without dragging on. The guide kept things moving, which I appreciated. I got a better sense of the place in a short time. After that, I could explore a bit on my own. Straightforward and useful.
