Poor experience. The trip was cancelled and I was not informed. I tried to call several times but no answer.
What a fantastic tour! Sangaran was entertaining, knowledgable and funny. Great attractions/stops. Highly recommended
The operator cancel the trip and I haven’t get my refund back.Me and my family booked for a half day tour on 17th at 530pm. But due to unavailability of the driver the trip was cancelled and they told me to refund full amount back.
They charged double, then it was agreed in the reservation. They cange the tariff few hours before the pick up. More then this they sent an old dirty and broken car, feel unsafe driving.
Tina our guide as a lot of fun. She really knows the city, its history, and fun facts about its cultural diversity. We never felt rushed and she also made a point to suggest other places to see and activities to do based on our interests. We highly recommend!
They did not show up and didn’t even bother to cancel. I was left stranded, hoping they were just running late and would show up at any moment. There was no response to my texts or calls. Very disappointed—this wasted my valuable time. I only had one day, and they completely spoiled it. All I wanted was a quick tour.
A good short overview so that we could get our bearings in KL. Our guide knew a lot about the city. Thank you
We really enjoyed this tour which included many of KL’s iconic sites. The views from the top of the kL tower were fantastic and the war memorial was excellent. The river of life, textile museum, American garden and the British Club were also great. Our tour guide was very informative and enthusiastic and, unfortunately for my wife, he had a similar sense of humour to me. This is definitely a good tour for anyone on a short stay who wants to capture the essence of KL
If we could give zero stars, we absolutely would. We booked and paid for a 7-seater van to accommodate our group of seven. However, when the day came, the organiser never informed us that he didn’t have the van. Instead, he sent two small cars with drivers who were not tour guides. When we called to ask what had happened, the organiser was shockingly rude — yelling at us over the phone instead of offering any explanation or solution. This behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. The drivers themselves were unfriendly and offered nothing in the way of guiding or customer service. They clearly weren’t tour guides, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. By the end, we were so frustrated that we asked to simply be dropped off and left alone. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst activities we have ever booked. It felt dishonest and disrespectful from start to finish. Would not recommend under any circumstances — avoid this company at all costs.
Very well organized private tour the driver certainly knew his way around and a lot of points of interest were covered within the allotted time.
