[相撲朝練オプション] 東京相撲朝稽古ツアーで、相撲の隠れた世界に足を踏み入れましょう。 本格的な相撲部屋の中で、プロレスラーが稽古に励む姿を間近で見ることができる貴重な機会です。 ショーとは違い、これが本物──生々しく、力強く、深く伝統を感じさせる。 ぶつかり合うたびに地面の揺れを感じ、力士の重い息づかいに耳を傾け、何世紀にもわたって相撲を特徴づけてきた規律と精神を感じることができるでしょう。 土俵から数メートルほど離れた場所で相撲を取る生の稽古の様子を間近で垣間見ることができる。 目の前に広がるスポーツの力強さ、規律、精神を感じることができるだろう。

- 集合場所に到着する前にトイレをご利用ください。
- 飲食禁止（**厩舎内では水、スポーツドリンクの飲用可）
- 稽古の途中で相撲部屋を離れることはできず、最後まで相撲部屋に残って稽古を見守るようにしましょう。
- 体調がすぐれない場合はツアーへの参加をご遠慮ください。
- 携帯電話はサイレントモードでなければなりません
- 一度相撲部屋を出ると、再入場はできない。
- 写真はOK、ただしフラッシュ音やシャッター音はNG（動画は不可）
- 足を伸ばしてリングに向かわないでください。 力士に足の裏を見せるのは失礼とされる。 練習を黙々と丁寧に見守ってください
- 力士の集中力を阻害しないよう十分注意してください。
- 練習・見学は、練習内容により、予定より少し短い場合と長い場合があります
- 日によって朝の練習スケジュールが異なるため、特にグランドトーナメントが控えている場合は、ツアーの期間が若干影響を受ける可能性があります。 練習が通常より早く終了する可能性があります。つまり、ツアーは記載よりも短い時間になりますのでご注意ください。
- 相撲部屋によっては椅子がない場合もある。 床に座らないといけないかもしれません。 あらかじめご了承ください。
- 弊社からのメッセージを確認せずに集合場所へ到着されなかった場合、または到着が遅れた場合、補償・返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
- 部屋は横綱が稽古する場所だが、実際にそこにいるかどうかは体験の朝まで分からない。 あらかじめご留意ください。

This tour exceeded my expectations in every way. Getting to watch morning practice and take photos with some of the wrestlers was one of my favorite experiences out of my two trips to Japan. Guides were very informative and I learned a lot. Definitely would recommend this tour.

A no frills, authentic sumo experience. We watched a typical sumo practice with commentary in English via an earpiece. It was informative and very interesting.

Not worth watching the wrestlers doing the same routine for one hour. And taking pictures with the sumo wrestlers is a joke. With them in back of us does not show the image of them and only one picture shot.

Warm welcoming and perfect organization before entering the Sumo stable. This was my first visit of a Sumo training and it was very, very, very interesting - highly recommended. We have watched more than one hour and each moment was exciting!
