Driver arrived on time and helped with luggage, also offered a bottle of water. The vehicle was smart and clean. Driver spoke excellent English and was very friendly. Couldn't fault the experience.

Arrived in time at hotel, sent a text to say arrived. Nice clean spacious car. Dropped off at terminal gates, handed luggage from boot.

<p>There was construction going on at the Kraków terminal and our assigned driver was unaware that he left us off at the wrong end of the terminal which resulted in much confusion and long walks to check our luggage. We are sorry we tipped the driver. Make sure you question the driver when there is construction at the airport terminal.</p>

<p>We were met on time for a very early flight out of Krakow. When the driver arrived he had a car and not the mini van he had when we were picked up at arrival. With four in our party we each had one large suitcase and all of the bags wouldn't fit in the trunk. The passengers in the back seat had to have one of the suitcases on thier lap for the 20 minute ride over to the airport. There are many things that could go wrong on a vacation and this one wasn't something that would change our mind about using this service again.</p>
