We have done hop on hop off bus tours before. This tour had so very little information it was close to being a bus tour. The bus had garbage everywhere and many jacks did not work. My recommendation-try on of the other 2 lines.
A dreadful experience, a long wait for the bus, poor coordination, and very little customer attention. In addition to being very dirty.
The bus stops were incredibly hard to find! Need addresses and a live app would be better! Clearer stops when on bus too.
Fewer buses than other companies. More visual assistance to customers at bus stops needed. Explanations during the route are very simple
Buses were regular and guides helpful at main stop organising queues. 3 routes which are max 90 minutes - these give you an idea of madrid. Ideally you need a walking tour or get off to see some of the main sites but bus good value
It’s a hop on hop off not much to talk about. The stops where very frequent which was nice and it took us all over the main parts.
Hello, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with the bus service. I purchased a 48-hour pass, but unfortunately, I was only able to use it once. Despite there being three lines, the buses did not arrive at the times listed on the schedule. I was actively following their location on the app, and although it would show a bus approaching, it would then disappear without explanation. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope you will look into this issue to ensure a more reliable service for future riders. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
This is one to avoid. There are no signs at the pickup points, and they don't stop at every stop. The staff was not very helpful.
The buses were very crowded, even on a Monday in May. At one point the only seats left were in the bottom back where there was no air conditioning and it was hard to see anything. The recorded information was repetitive. And the wait for the next bus was, in one instance, very long. The information was baseline informative, although it was often hard to tell which building was being described since they were often identified only by their street number which wasn’t always visible. But we got a tour of the city, which to be fair is what we paid for.
Disaster! Disaster! Unpunctual, unreliable, unfriendly—never again!
