Very bad experience, they did not accept the ticket I ordered on trivago for the Hop Bus, so that I then had to pay to buy another actual ticket on the bus. Would not recommend to buy the ticket on trivago!

Be prepared to have replacement coaches on one route - no sightseeing options . Many of the buses on all routes had no open upstairs options so really was just a transport system to move around the city and offered totally limited sightseeing opportunities . Cheaper and easier to just use the subway instead .
