The only complaint was that the WiFi on the boat was never strong enough for us to load the program they had us use their QR code to get. Other than that it was a great trip and I was able to get some good photos of Notre Dame from the water—we had not been able to get near it all week and this was a bucket list item we had pretty much given up on. I’d recommend this tour highly.

Totally ruined by Instagram Influencers (or people like that) who posed against the rails for photos taken by their entourage and got in everyones' way of the views. One eastern person and his "photographer" friends even asked sightsee-ers sitting there happily enjoying the view, to move out the way of their screenshot. This happened multiple times and there were no crew to stop this. People also stood blocking views, notable people who later turned out to be bus tour guides (!), who had cameras on high poles and they stood there blocking everyone's views. Will not recommend this to anyone if this sort of behaviour goes unchecked.

Not impressed with the is tour. Captain barely came on and when he did very little information was shared about the city. Guided tour for listening was stupid facts and very cheesy. Also too bad we couldn’t sit up top.

When ticket says a time, it doesn’t mean anything. Everyone waits in the same line to get onto the cruise. The staff is rude and will split up families. I would rather visit the monuments then taking the cruise.

Did not receive our tickets did not open the app nor could they do it at the Louvre and I had to re-purchase tickets

The communication to get access to the boat at the correct dock was poor. I spent 30 minutes walking up and down phoning the contact for information I had previously requested and was advised different things by the person on the phone and then by different persons at different docks. I had made requests for information over several months and questions were not answered. We almost missed the cruise even though we were there initially 30 minutes before departure. We consequently arrived just before departure with limited seating left. We felt like cattle. The commentary in English was limited yet had specified that we wanted a cruise with English. What could and should have been great, was less than orindary.

I would have used a different provider than Viator. The man looking to see the qr code with me contacted Viator and the person kept telling me to get the wrong code from the app. I let him know the boat was leaving in 3 minutes and he said he’d get me the qr code in 10 minutes. Terrible experience.

Boating past important buildings and great view of bridges. Ability to be inside the boat or outside on deck.

Great views of the Eiffel tower, Musee D'Orsay, Louvre and more. There are covered seats in case it rains and a more extensive audioguide that can be accessed scanning a QR code.

Great little cruise along the river. Totally worth the amount paid. We did this as a family of five with and 18, 15 and 11 year old. All three enjoyed the trip.
