Such an amazing day! Mike was a fabulous tour guide. So knowledgeable of the local history and very engaging. He was a great addition to our girls group for the day adding to our fun. Loved the gin tasting and the visit to Beauly priory but there was so much more! Highly recommend ❤️

We covered lots of ground and learned so much history with our guide Stuart. The 4 of us were very comfortable in his vehicle and everything went smoothly. He went above and beyond to make the day so enjoyable for all of us.

Our tour guide William was amazing. One of our group member’s family was from the region and once William was told about it he knew where the clan was from and took us to the family castle and knew the history of the family. William was very friendly, funny, professional, accommodating, and ensured we had a full days experience of the Scottish culture and history for each stop. If you’re lucky enough to get Seoras as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable day. He arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. to collect the five of us, and from the moment we set off until he dropped us back nine hours later, he never missed a beat. We explored the breathtaking Highlands around Loch Ness, visited magnificent castles, walked the moving Culloden Battlefield and Museum, and so much more. What really set this tour apart, though, was Seoras himself. His knowledge of Scottish history is simply exceptional, and he has a wonderful way of bringing centuries of stories to life. Just as importantly, he has a great sense of humor that kept us entertained throughout the day. He also tailored the itinerary to our interests, making sure we visited several Outlander filming locations, which was a huge highlight for the fans in our group. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he struck the perfect balance between sharing fascinating historical insights and giving us time to explore and soak it all in. We’ve taken guided tours all over the world, and this was genuinely the best tour we’ve ever experienced. Thank you, Seoras, for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. Great trip. Mike, the tour operator, was very informative and good at structuring the tour to what we wanted to see.

A very knowledgeable guide who tailored the whole experience to meet our needs. We were all from one group and the driver was very flexible with the timing of each stop and very knowledgeable about all the places we visited.

Tour guide was very competent and friendly. Offered drinks/snacks and provided a very nice tour. Would have liked a bit more history on some of the sites, but still went well.

Susan Butcher was a wonderful private tour guide for Loch Ness, Cawdoor Castle, etc., leaving from Invergordon cruise terminal. She provided historical and cultural information while expertly driving us to the highlights and helping us avoid the big tour bus traffic and lines. She even convinced us to try Haggis in our next port (Edinburgh). We learned a lot about Scottish history and look forward to coming back.

Susan was terrific. She took us on back roads only a local would know and gave us a very local flavor to the tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. SO GLAD we went with her for the day!
