Throughly enjoyed every moment of this tour. NOT to miss if in Luzern. Also Loved all the modes of transportation. Very cool !

The guide was a no show - we paid in advance. We had to navigate the Pilatus golden tour on our own! Asked for a refund with zero response. These guys are very deceptive.

This was a wonderful trip Although the mountain top was snow covered and very snowy it was still a nice experience Our tour guide was Robert I felt he could have done a better job sharing facts along the way

We have really mixed emotions about this tour. The activities we did (going to Mount Pilatus, the Lake Lucerne boat ride etc) were very, very good and key parts of our trip. What really let us down was the tour element, which was rather chaotic. We had booked tickets weeks in advance for the tour timed at 10:45am. The day prior, we were informed instead that this would take place at 12:15pm, which inconvenienced our plans. Upon arrival at the pick-up location, the tour bus was late and left at 12:40pm and the journey to the bottom of Mount Pilatus - which we had been told would be an hour - was in fact 10 minutes. We would have been better off making our own way to Mount Pilatus, rather than wasting a lot of time waiting for a late tour bus to arrive. By the time we reached the summit of Mount Pilatus, we were only given 1 hour 30 minutes to explore the mountain, which was shorter than expected. This was a shame but things got worse as we were left without any direction and sent with another tour group back down the mountain and on to the lake cruise. We had no idea whether we were even on the right boat in the end! In summary, the activities we did were fantastic and are highly recommended but the tour aspects were not well organised and felt chaotic and, ultimately, did not add anything to our experience. We felt afterwards that we would have been much better off simply arranging for ourselves to do the various activities without paying for an organised tour.

Follow the time schedule emailed a day or two before the tour. The time on the ticket is not the correct time.

Our guide Gonzalo was excellent throughout the tour. Always very friendly, attentive and willing to answer all questions. You could see his knowledge and passion for what he did, which made the experience much more enriching. Thanks to your close and professional treatment, we very much enjoyed the visit to Mount Pilatus.

Rita is an amazing tour guide - kind and knowledgeable and not loud or annoying. The tour was absolutely fabulous. It is a must see adventure!
