Anchorage to Seward Bus Trip
Excellent commentary during the trip. Gorgeous scenery.

Fix your stuff
The driver Joe was outstanding! The bathroom being broken wasn’t the best and while it was offer to let him know to stop if someone needed to go to the rest room a break on the way would have been better. The microphone didn’t work most of the time invest in microphones attached to the buses so the batteries don’t die and end up not having an actual tour joes did his best to make it work but in the end the microphone won and we didn’t have sound for half or more of the trip.

We were disappointed to learn about the issues with the onboard restroom and microphone. Unfortunately, our operations team was not made aware of either issue until the tour was already underway. Had we known prior to departure, we would have switched out the equipment before the tour began. We take great pride in maintaining clean, comfortable vehicles with properly functioning equipment, and this experience is not representative of the standard we work hard to provide, as reflected in the many positive reviews we receive from our guests. We understand that both issues impacted your experience and appreciate you bringing them to our attention so they could be addressed with our operations and maintenance team.

Entertaining and Informative
Helpful and knowledgeable driver made the 2.5 hour trip entertaining and enjoyable. His narration during the drive made the time fly by.

A well organized trip from Anchorage to Seward. JC the guide, was funny and informative. The instructions on meeting location were clear and the trip was on time

Bus was so comfortable beautiful drive. Amelia was so informative and drove like a champ! She even handled all the luggage by herself!

Great start to a memorable vacation!
I highly recommend this transfer trip! Communication prior to the trip was excellent, upon arrival, the meeting point was easy to find, the ride was relaxing, and our guide did a great job of narrating the journey and pointing our interesting info on the area and more. I'd recommend this transfer to anyone heading to Alaska that needs to get from Anchorage to one of the cruise ports.

Bus was comfortable, clean and on time! Sam, the driver, was excellent and personable. If you have to sit for 2½ hours, this would be a good choice, especially with Sam.
