Mr Reasonable and his team are our go-to shuttle service when we visit Jamaica. Our driver Lee has become a friend over the years and we look forward to seeing his face at pickup. They’re reliable, well priced, and responsive. We couldn’t ask for more!
Perfect service, on time excellent would highly recommend
Excellent service! Have used previously and will again next year!
Great service, clean vehicle, air con and got us to resort twice as fast as the coach.
Very professional, kind and willing to help with all your needs😉 if you need a history lesson ask. Then ask about local spots and feel the vibe.
Very professional, friendly and helpful drivers, really enjoyed chatting to them and getting to know Jamaica . The drivers Wer on time both to and from The airport. Would very highly recommend.
My drivers were nice and professional. This was my first solo trip in Negril .Every time I come to Jamaica I get picked up by family so this was my first time in a taxi. I would say I was a little nervous, but it was really a nice ride back-and-forth. Five stars
Booking a Jamaican hotel transfer was difficult. When using the app it would not select the correct airport location. Also the app is more for one day tours and not round trip transfers. Once I finally got it booked the return trip is nowhere to be found. Had to call the transport company to confirm my return transfer. The app needs work for transfers.
Driver was as expected. Roadways terrible and what we expected to be an hour and half trip was nearly two and half hours.
Very nice drivers, especially Robert made our day. The trip was smooth and we learned a lot about Jamaica from the drivers. Thank you!
