Professional and organised from start to finish. Picked up from hotel and delivered back.Everybody should experience the visiting is so informative and well organised.Worth paying the extra cost to travel in comfort and have pre paid tickets with no queuing.Driver spoke good English and even provided water for our return journey. Thoroughly recommended.

Greg was very responsive and responsible. Communicated clearly before trip with meeting times, place and contact details. He is also quick in organizing last minute plans and changes. We have originally planned to visit with another tour company who was very unprofessional and irresponsible. Thankful to Greg who was so helpful and quick to the rescue, he provided us with a very smooth and memorable trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and a great driver for our visit.

Wojtek was remarkable. He drove us in a nice car and got us right in. He was pleasant and even brought us lunch after he picked us up.

We can recommend Crackow tours as the best way to see all of the tours and activities in the crackow area. Greg picked us up at the airport and then took us to our hotel and was a perfect tour guide for all the sites we wanted to see. Highly recommend Greg 10 out of 10.

We used this company for the salt mines and also for our trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau. We wanted a private tour and private transport for our day, and Greg our diver was amazing. He arranged a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable guide for the private tour. This was a wonderful option as he picked us up earlier than usual in a comfortable car (Audi) so we could miss the busy line ups and have entrance before the crowds arrived. If you are able, I would recommend the private tour option, as the other guided groups were very large and it looked like it was hard to hear and see everything together even with the head sets. Also because our group was small and our private guide had worked there for almost 20 years, he knew where to take us at the busy spots to give us a full experience and not feel like we were crowded or that the large group was diminishing the experience. When Greg picked us up at the end of the day to return to krakow, he brought freshly made local sandwiches and refreshments. He gave us some good dinner suggestions and spoke English very well. We would recommend this trip and this company to those who are planning to go

I would highly recommend Cracow Private Tour, as a service they were brilliant. Greg was extremely helpful and managed to book me & my girlfriend for the tour the day before! Matt arrived in the 7 seater bang on time to collect us, with air con and the works, plus a stop off to the shop before the tour to line your stomach. The tour itself was great and well worth it! Greg was brilliant as an organiser for our trip to Auschwitz. He collected us from our hotel, arranged the tickets and reminded us about needing ID. He then sent us a link to our pickup point and was waiting for us promptly. What a friendly, informative and genuine chap. It was a boiling hot day, and he had water waiting for us in the car - a really thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated. We also booked him for a tour of the salt mines. Would definitely recommend him. Auschwitz was so moving, it was quite harrowing in parts, but I feel, a 'must see' place to visit. The tour guide was very informative and well worth it.
