Staff were professional and the buggy worked well, but I don't really see the point of the tour being in an ATV. We just went up the main road. When I mentioned this to the tour guide at the end he said "no understando" which is funny, because he was understanding everything I said up to that point... and that's not even Spanish. They should be really clear that there is no off-road experience as part of this tour. We just held up a lot of traffic doing 35kph on a main road.

Two-hour tour instead of three. We didn't even go to the foot of the lukewarm. Very disappointed in car it would have been better. Too expensive for what it is.

The place is amazing for its landscape. The guide is very optimistic, pleasant, patient and likeable. The cars are dirty, the explanations brief.

So outing and great guide 👍 but great lack of seriousness! Vehicles are poorly maintained. We went on excursions with our son and on the way back down the brake of our jeep have totally let go!!!! We are stopped in catastrophe in stones otherwise it was the insured accident!! We came back with the guide and arrived at the warehouse the boss passes us several times not a word of apology nothing.... We just died because if it had not been for this rocky outburst the vehicle was speeding up on a downhill mountain road...unacceptable shame. Too bad because the guide at the top
