Not worth the price. Would have been one-third of Viator’s price had we booked the “guided” tour separately as it really wasn’t a guided tour but an employed person showing us the route to take. We were not given a guided tour but only led to where we were to go on the Eiffel Tower, take the bus and the boat. Waiting in long lines was not what we had paid for and taking an old city bus on wodden benches, in the heat with no audio system working. Taking the boat on the Seine was again a very long and hot wait in line to again no audio. Terribly disappointed with the whole experience and would NOT RECOMMEND your company to my worst enemy.

The tour was sold as a 4-hour guided experience that included: Eiffel Tower visit Sightseeing/bus tour of Paris Seine River cruise However, when we arrived at the meeting point, the guide only handed us Eiffel Tower tickets and separate cruise tickets. When I specifically asked about the advertised bus/sightseeing portion of the tour, the guide informed me that he “did not know about it,” that it was not part of his tour, and that if we wanted the bus tour we would need to do it the following day and contact Viator directly. As a result, we did not receive the 4-hour guided sightseeing experience that was advertised and purchased. There was no guided city tour provided. The experience was essentially just ticket distribution for separate attractions rather than the comprehensive tour described in the listing. The listing is misleading because it presents the experience as an organized 4-hour combined tour, when in reality we were simply given tickets to use independently.

Our guide ; Matthieu was fabulous. His ability to accommodate those of us who spoke English along with Spanish was appreciated.

Very poorly organized mostly directed to a Spanish audience even though the guide did what he could to also repeat information in English for us & was available briefly on the Eiffel Tower’s second level, shortly thereafter he just disappeared unexpectedly. On the bus ride portion we only had unreliable audio if we had working internet on our mobile phones. The timing of that speaking didn’t always match where we were located. Also the windows in the bus were filthy dirty leaving many of our photos marred by dirt and a VERY LARGE bird poop!! The other passengers were also talking quite loudly despite our requests that they be quiet as they were preventing us from clearly hearing the audio when it did work. The boat ride along the Seine was relatively nice & informative but again somewhat compromised by a less than perfect audio system. We even had to sit & wait for 10 minutes on the bus to accommodate another group who were being picked up toward the end of the tour delaying our trip to the boat ride. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR TO ANYONE!!

TBH- I didn't look at tour description clearly. Entrance to tower is timed, then you're on your own. We did this the day we arrived so that by the time we were done with the tower, we were too tired for cruise or bus tour. We were able to use ticket need morning for cruise. It was OK. I was not able to pair my phone with the audio commentary. Boat went as far as Notre Dame before turning around. I never utilized bus segment.

Excellent thru Viator as always. Reliable and timely. Professional staff. It’s a must to do when in Paris. Also very good for the cruise on the Seine

The worst experience I have ever had. I didn't know that a customer could be treated so horribly. We stood in the rain at the meeting point only to find out the the tour was cancelled and only after receiving a 100th confirmation. I'm in a foreign country, relying on resources on my own (they don't pick up), trying to communicate, and spending money needlessly. If I could ive zero stars, I WOULD!!

This 'tour' was nothing more than 3 separate activities that were in no way coordinated to be offered within the 4 hour window. We were given the tickets for eiffel tower and river cruise but we told that the bus tour would not be available until 4 hours later, well outside the timeframe we had planned for, so were not able to go. The guides did not offer anything more than the tickets and escort to the tower. This experience does not accurately describe what you get. When I contacted viator to request a refund, they indicated they would look into this. A couple of hours later they responded that a refund would not be issued and declined to indicate why. This was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish. Absolutely not recommended.
