Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior from the guide, Julien. The clients missed the bus from Paris to Giverny, so they took a taxi to catch up with the group. Despite making the effort to reach Giverny on their own, Julien refused to let them join. I understand the bus could not wait, but the lack of courtesy and understanding afterwards was unacceptable. A very poor reflection of the company and its customer service.
Very beautiful outing. It is better to take the full-day tour because a lot of time is lost between the trip there and back, and the stay in Giverny turns out to be short.

Booked this last minute and we were so glad we did! We had such a fun time viewing all the scenery and enjoying the sunset. Value was great too. We would highly recommend and book again too!

I had some difficulty boarding the tour because I was not able to access my tickets to Giverny after a date change. Luckily, the contact on site was able to access my payment validation and we were able to board. I think it might be a software issue. If not, it was my phone issue. But we enjoyed the tour. Almost died in the sun waiting for it though.

We loved our tour of Monet’s gardens. The ride on the bus was comfortable with cozy seats and big windows. Our guide was lovely. This was a highlight of our trip. The gardens are breathtakingly beautiful.

Lack of instructions about which bus to board for pick up point and how to return back from the visit to the garden back to the parking lot where the bus is parked for the return journey. Such information is very essential and was lacking
