Great and seamless transfer from Danang to Hoi An! Go Travel was extremely responsive throughout the booking and confirmation process. Our driver, Hoang, had excellent communication and took the initiative to contact me even before I landed. He was polite, punctual, and the car was spotless. My family and I really enjoyed the comfortable ride. Highly recommended!
Very punctual car very clean and friendly driver
We used their service multiple times. Each time the driver was on time and the car was clean and comfortable. We would recommend them and would use them again should need arize.
It was my first time booking this service direct with operator and I confused the am pick-up time when I wanted pm pick-up time. Contacted them on WhatsApp to confirm I was at the pick-up location, it was at this time my error was discovered. They quickly remedied this and had a car there for me in no time. They truly went above and beyond for me in what could have been a very stressful moment. Communication was easy, quick, professional responses and I felt very respected despite being an idiot. The driver was great, spoke very good English. The car was comfy, clean and free of unpleasant odors. Even as a solo traveler, I felt safe and was dropped directly at the door to my accommodations.
I was panicking when I got to thr pickup spot & was told no vehicles can come down the road. Luckily, I sent a message, got a call back within minutes and a driver met me at a new spot. Very impressed with the customer service.
We were an hour late out of terminal due to long immigration lines. Driver kept in touch and waited. Very clean mini bus and driver was very careful.
The car was super clean, the driver was super friendly and did the safe drive.
Communication was excellent. Driver sent me a picture of his numberplate and he was there ahead if time. There was no possibility of confusion. He told me we would be there in 50 minutes, and we were. Driver's English was good. Best driver I have had in Danang. His driving was safe and not rushed.
I recently had a transfer from my hotel in Hoi An to Da Nang train station, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The service was prompt and efficient, making my journey seamless and stress-free. The car was impeccably clean, which added to my comfort during the ride. Our driver was not only friendly but also professional, sharing interesting insights about the local area along the way. What impressed me the most was how cost-effective the transfer was, providing great value for the quality of service received. I highly recommend this transfer service to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant way to travel between Hoi An and Da Nang. A fantastic experience overall!
