プライベート送迎 : ダナン空港/市内-ホイアン市内(その逆)

Great coordination and communication. Driving was waiting for me at the hotel before agreed time. Very comfortable Subaru SUV. Even though driver had difficulty communicating in English, he used Google Translate to inform us of arrival time and traffic delay. I strongly recommend using their services.

We received a great service from Phong today. Excellent communication. Seamless pick-up. Clean, tidy, very comfortable car and safe driving - at a quarter of the price of our hotel’s service. Suggestions of local activity and shopping were offered and appreciated, although we did not need them on this occasion. Highly recommend

A very smooth experience! Prompt communication, everything was timely, easy and would happily book again!!

A perfect welcome to Vietnam. They went above and beyond with their service. The operator and driver both contacted me prior to landing to provide instructions, and the driver was early and patiently waited. We travelled from Danang airport to Hoi An and needed to purchase a TENS machine for back pain. Not only did they make the extra stop for us free of charge, they also researched stores that sold the machine for us ahead of time, and patiently took us to 3 places to find the right machine. I would highly highly recommend this operator.

I booked a return transfer from DaNang to Hoian and paid tô have Wifi on board. However, to our disappointment there was no Wifi on the van and no explanation. We paid a bit more as Grabbing would have been much cheaper because we wanted comfort and wifi.

Very friendly and helpful and informative Thank you for a comfortable drive. Our driver was on time.

I had to change my flight at the last moment and the driver could pick me up instead. The contact is very simple (I speak Vietnamese)

Our private transfer from Danang to Hoi An with Da Nang Vip Transfer was smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and had strong Wi-Fi, which made the journey even more enjoyable. The driver was polite, professional, and arrived on time. He even helped us with our luggage and shared useful local tips. The ride was comfortable and took just the right amount of time. We felt very safe and relaxed the entire way. I would definitely book with them again and recommend this service to anyone visiting the area.
