The tour was easy breezy no navigating trains buses etc, tour guide Laura told us where to go and we got there

Beautiful area! But bad start with miscommunication for the starting location and then guide arriving late - tour started an hour late on the next train so everything was caught in the high traffic times. Sinceon the public train, all rides were full and not very easily available to do the learning guides while riding - we were separated so rides were mainly solo then walking was also solo at each place.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!! I had a tour booked with them via Viator to Lauterbrunnen, Jungfrau and Grindelwald First of all I receive an email saying that the tickets to Jungfraujoch are not included in the price I paid and I have to decide if I want to go up to the joch or stay 2 hours waiting for them to come up and back down Price 330CHF to book it or 550 CHF to book with them. Until now I don’t understand the huge different in price I tried to understand so I called the american phone number and the swiss phone number multiple times with no response, emailed them with no response Next day, the day of the tour, we met with guide at the train station so she asked again if we would like to purchase the tickets to go to the Joch and we said yes we would like it but can we purchase them on our own online? The price online is exactly half price of what they charged us They said no either u pay us or cancel the tour and the guide ran away (literally) and said you need to cancel You are not coming on that tour. She left us in the middle of the train station not knowing what to do after we already paid for the tour. I then called the office and told them that I will pay with them so they don’t cancel on us . I did not want to ruin the day At the end this tour is no more than train tickets. Please stay away and purchase it on your own. No guide is needed !!!!!! They will just charge you triple the price for tickets that you can purchase yourself. Customer service horrible as well

I booked this tour after my original Lauterbrunnen/Grindelwald excursion was cancelled due to insufficient participation. Based on the itinerary and description, I expected a guided tour with historical information, commentary about the region, and insights into the sites we visited. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The day felt disorganized, and there was very little guidance or interpretation provided. Aside from helping coordinate transportation, the guide offered minimal information about Lauterbrunnen, Kleine Scheidegg, Grindelwald, or the surrounding Jungfrau region. The scenery was absolutely stunning, but that’s a reflection of Switzerland itself rather than the quality of the tour. It would be more accurate to describe this experience as a train-ticket and logistics service rather than a guided tour. If you’re looking for someone to arrange the train connections and accompany you between destinations, this may meet your needs. However, if you’re expecting the history, cultural context, and educational experience advertised in the tour description, you may be disappointed. Given the price, I expected substantially more value and commentary from the guide.

This was a great trip - so much to see. Mary kept us all on time, explained all the sites, and pointed out things all along the train rides. Highly recommend.

The scenery on the train rides through Lauterbrunnen, Jungfrau, and Grindelwald was spectacular. Victor, our guide, was well informed, professional, fun, and he shared so many interring facts about the area. This tour was definitely worth the cost as you won’t see anything like this elsewhere.

Leighton was a great guide whose knowledge of Switzerland and experience provided us with a great tour. Leighton provided us with stress-free tour as he guided us through the different activities. Leighton comes highly recommended.

Leighton was amazing! So knowledgeable, kind and fun Definitely worth the $ to have a guide. Highly recommend 🙌🏼 We learned so much.
