Terrible terrible experience. This tour is a SCAM posted only to steal your money. No tour guide showed up at the meeting place and they stopped responding to emails about where the guide was. We waited over two hours for the guide who never showed. They provided fake phone number. Spent $700 which ToursofSwitzerland.com refused to refund. AVOID THIS SCAMMER COMPANY AND VIATOR.
My husband I did this tour just this past week. Carlos was our tour guide and did such a great job navigating us through to to the castles, giving us some history along the way, and pointing out some interesting info to us. I would recommend this trip, and Carlos!
We booked this tour after our cheese & chocolate tour was canceled. Carlos was a wonderful chaperone but didn’t offer much more than that. We felt this was an expensive tour and it wasn’t worth the price. The scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed our stops!
The guide was excellent. He had a thorough understanding of the history and manufacturing processes. The company he works for is not very friendly.
