Our guide Victor was excellent - very knowledgeable about flora and fauna as well as the history. Also a very good photographer, he seemed to know great photo locations and was patient waiting for the mists to clear!
This is on behalf of the Seven Lakes Tour that is not listed yet: Incredible experience! Our guide was great! It was very well organized tour. We really enjoyed the food both breakfast and lunch. The driver was also very considerate and stopped when required.
Wouldn't give me an itinerary until it was too late to refund. Then told me I could get a refund if I contacted viator. Then they told viator they round refund. So I changed my flight to later to make the tour. Then they didn't show up. Horrible communication with the company. Ruined a whole day of my trip.

The experience is magnificent, however you must consider the height and the physical demands it demands, the guide SONIA is very friendly, and is attentive to you at all times, I highly recommend it.
