Transport picked us up at the Air B&B and brought us to the dock. The crew, Isabella, Capt Marco and Steven were very friendly, interactive, and personable. Our group of 8 had a wonderful experience with snorkeling and going to Isla Tortuga. We even saw some monkeys on a native island! The traditional lunch was delicious. The views and vibes was a great experience. Our group had a late start of the tour but the crew adjusted our time and we stayed a bit longer on the island. Overall we had an amazing time and definitely recommend TM Tours!

Not what I paid for
I booked with TM tours for a Tuesday. Monday night 8pm they canceled our tour for Tuesday rebooked us for Thursday. the time had changed from 8:30 to 7:30. We arrived at 7:30 on Thursday to find out that we were not on a tour with TM we were rebooked with a different tour company on a different tour that did not leave until 8:30. . After driving an hour and a half to get there having to wait an hour was very frustrating. Then to find out we weren't even on the tour we paid for was over the top frustrating. We had chosen TM tour company because it was a small boat that was going to make stops at other islands. It also had great reviews so it definitely surprised me that they didn't not give us a choice. They withheld information about the changes that we really need to know in order to make a decision. We felt cheated out of the experience we paid for . The tour that they switched us to was a party boat with loud music with a lot of people that did not stop at any other islands. simply wasn't the experience we wanted. When I brought this to their attention they tried to give us a partial refund so that we would not write a bad review. I did not take a refund of any kind because I wanted to with a clear conscience right in honest review.

Highly recommend tm tours for isla tortuga
We had an absolutely amazing experience with TM tours, one of the best parts was boarding from a private pier, which made the start of the trip incredibly smooth and hassle free.
The absolute highlight of the day was the snorkeling it was hands-down the best of the trip.

Extra fees??
The experience was very good it was a fun whole day but the guy on the boat was asking 30$ for snorkeling when it should be already included. That was the only disappointment.

Tortuga Island with TM tour.
Super good experience, we did a lot in one day, we saw dolphins, monkeys, even sharks. Raquel 10 out of 10, as well as the captain, Isabel, and the whole crew.
Highly recommended.

life changing excursion
isabela, marco, and steven are the sweetest most kindest tours i’ve ever encountered. me and my homegirls went to do this boat tour to isla de tortuga and genuinely had a life changing and unforgettable experience. i am emotional even recalling it now. so grateful for them for making this experience so meaningful. they even helped us get a ride back to our airbnb in jaco. muchas gracias TM tours!

Great tour and fun beach day!
This activity was definitely worth the value. I went with my wife and two kids. After booking, I realized that the deep off was quite a drive from where we were staying. They were nice enough to offer us a pick up for an additional cost.
We departed promptly at 830 and the boat was at capacity. They gave a nice description of the things we passed, and also provided pineapples during the journey which was nice. Raquelle, Michael and Marco were all awesome to us. Shout-out to them for all the hard work and many hours spent in the heat making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. Prior to us getting to the beach, we stopped to see dolphins, then went to a picture spot, and then went to see spider monkeys. Really cool stuff!
We arrived to there beach at about 11;15am and stayed until a bit after 330, so be prepared to be there for a while. The beach was beautiful. The lunch they provided was good. Choices were chicken, fish or veggie. The island also had a couple of bars, souvenir shops and some water activities to purchase (paddle boat, banana boat). We returned back to the dock where we departed at about 430. All and all it was a great day and a nice way to see part of costs rica that wouldn’t otherwise be accessible.

Tortuga Island
It is an incredible trip, you see many species, the beach is beautiful, the snorkeling is very good. Highly recommended. And the guides are very helpful, pleasant people and they make the tour unforgettable.
