A great day! We are so glad that we booked with TM. Isabella was great to communicate with. We had very clear instructions on where to meet and leave the car in a secure marina. We were greeted right away and after a quick brief we were on the way to see the monkeys on the island then on to snorkeling. We had amazing fresh fruit several times during the day and ice cold water anytime we wanted one. The boat is pristine and rode very nice despise some bigger swells in the water. Isabella provided a great narrative on the area as we left the harbor. Shore lunch was very good. It was like being in a restaurant dining but under a tent on a beautiful beach. They took care of everything, we were able to sit and relax the entire time. The private area just for TM was super nice to have. There was no looking for a chair or worry about you things. They were there the whole time so you could just drop your bags and not worry about a thing. If you appreciate great customer service and individual attention from a family owned business that cares about their guest experience, then this is hands down the tour for you. Our family all agreed it was the best adventure of our Costa Rica trip. Never felt like just another tourist with them the whole day.

Best experience. Ruben (tour guide), captain and his crew were amazing This tour is a must do tour in Puntarenas. While La Fortuna and Monteverde are popular, this experience is in top 3 in Costa rica

Second time on isla tortuga and was our best tour on the pacific coast, we booked with TM tours their small group tortuga Island VIP to avoid the crowds, and it was worth every penny. Our guides, Veronica and Felipe, were incredible. On the way to the island, we seeing a pod of dolphins and even spider monkeys at Negritos Island. The snorkeling was great for beginners, we could see the colorful schools up close. The BBQ lunch (grilled chicken and fresh salad with pineapple) served at their private spot on the beach was a 10/10. Just infront the beach. Full recomended

Captain Marcos and Isabella were absolutely wonderful — so friendly, outgoing, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and make sure we had the best experience possible. The food was delicious, and all the activities were perfectly planned and organized. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Veronica was an awesome guide along with Captain Marco and Isabella took great care of our family of 6. Grilled chicken was amazing and the entire experience was simply unforgettable!! I highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing experience!

The price was well worth the experience and services provided by Isabella, Marco, and Felipe. The team contacted me ahead of time to confirm the meeting point and even sent a picture of Isabella, who was meeting us at the cruise ship dock. Isabella was right there and got a taxi to drive us to the marina. We met Captain Marco and Felipe, and they assisted us in boarding the boat. As we left, Isabella provided us with information about the region, and we eventually entered the open bay. There, we saw an active pod of bottlenose dolphins. From there, we headed to Monkey Island and interacted with the spider monkeys by throwing them some watermelon pieces. After that, we went to Arch Rock and eventually to Tortuga Isle. Spent some time in the water and had a fantastic lunch of BBQ chicken, rice, and additional snacks. You can buy extra items and drinks at the isle bar and shops, and they accept credit cards. We decided not to snorkel because a rainstorm was heading towards us, and we made our way back to the marina. They arranged a taxi to take us back to the ship. The experience was terrific, and the staff provided fantastic service. I would highly recommend TM Tours. It was a great value and an excellent service for a great day in Puntarenas.

The tour and guide were amazing, and I enjoyed every moment. It almost didn’t happen though. I booked through tripadvisor/viator and never got a confirmation or had any communication with the tour operator prior despite many attempts to contact them. As a result, I ttok a taxi from my cruise ship pier to the hotel listed as a meeting point and waited from 30 minutes early to 10 minutes after the time. I asked many people at the meeting point and then a nice man gave me his phone and said it was the tour operator calling for me. The tour operator found me and took care of everything from then forward. I felt lucky and grateful to the friendly assistance, but I wouldn’t recommend booking it through tripadvisor. Better to search the tour and try to book directly so that you get good contact information, because the contact information I got from tripadvisor was wrong.
