Mitsu was great. Very affable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our day with him and would happily do another.

Mitzu gave us a customized a trip that was a bit off the beaten track, and arrived early, and took us where we wanted to go. A very nice man, professional and knowledgeable.

We were picked up at Kobe port by Mitsu and had an excellent day in Kyoto despite the crowds for a Sunday plus Golden Week. He adjusted to the conditions and gave us the best experience for a day excursion.

Great driver, complete tour as outlined. Small group of us made the experience great. Smooth flow through areas. The toll, etc driver cost at the end was 1000 additional yen. Driver kept good eye on time . Excellent experience with Mitsu, he took lots of group photos. . Thanks

We had a hard time keeping up with our guide Mitsu. He insisted on running ahead constantly, no matter how many times we asked him to please stay with us. A few times we thought we had lost him. Unfortunately, it also began to rain in the afternoon which impeded our getting to all the sites we had hoped to see. He was not particularly forthcoming with history information and overall it was a disappointment for us, although we did see some amazing heritage sites.

Mitsu san greeted us in port, checked out the time schedule for the ship departure, got us smoothly to the right places in Kyoto, and even took all the pictures of us there!

There is no better way to explore Kyoto than booking the tour with Mitsu. He provided the most wonderful informative tour visiting ancient temples, shrines and points of interest. He gave in depth information about each site, answered all my questions and recommended really charming restaurant off the beaten track away from tourist traps for sumptuous lunch of local dishes. Traveling by his car from Osaka, and riding in between the sites was very comfortable. If you found this tour looking no further

We covered so much on this tour. It ended up being close to twelve hours, and it was worth every minute. Our driver and guide, Mitsuyuki Nishikawa, was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. He tailored the entire day to our interests, helped us see an incredible amount of Kyoto and Nara, and even took us to a fantastic ramen spot in Kyoto. We visited all of the major highlights in both Kyoto and Nara, and my daughter and I had a truly amazing experience that we will not forget anytime soon. Todaiji Temple felt life changing. Standing in front of the Great Buddha was overwhelming in the most peaceful way. Nara Park was a major highlight for my daughter. Feeding the deer was magical, adorable, and surprisingly emotional. It felt like stepping into a storybook. This tour gave us a perfect blend of history, scenery, culture, and fun. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this guide enough He was early on pick up and took us to the best sights in Kyoto. He does tend to walk quickly but slows down to your pace I think clearer indication of additional costs would help .

Mitsu was friendly and kept the tour along in the sweltering heat. He even recommended a great restaurant that we all loved.
