ヴェネツィア・ドージェ宮殿とため息橋ガイドツアー

This was an interesting and thorough tour of the Doge Palace and the “newer” prisons including a walk through the inside of the Bridge of Sighs. Mikaela (sp?) was a knowledgeable and passionate tour guide who provided wonderful information and details as we went through the huge palace. It was a full 2 hour tour and includes a lot of artwork inside the palace. Please note that IMO this tour isn’t something that would interest kids or teenagers or anyone not interested in art or history. You also won’t get down into the older prisons/torture rooms that some touts do. But for those who are interested in the prior hierarchy and judicial system of Venezia, it was very good, Mikaela is Venetian and was very good at explaining the history displayed at the palace, was very organized and enthusiastic about it all and her love for her city was evident throughout.

Staying at the Scalon del Doge was the best decision we made when visiting Venice. From start to finish the hostess Alessandra made our stay wonderful. It felt like we were staying with family. She helped us navigate getting from Venice to Ravenna for our cruise. For whatever reason NCL labels their embarkation from Venice but it’s actually Ravenna. Alessandra didn’t skip a beat. She scheduled a water taxi for us who then met with a private taxi on land to get us to Ravenna on time for our cruise. Absolutely would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice. Water taxi docks right in front of the B&B and it’s in walking distance to Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Square, and lots of shopping!! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank you again, Alessandra for making our stay so memorable!

Our guide, Enrico, was friendly and very knowledgeable. It was great to skip lines and have him take us to all of the most significant spots in the large and impressive Doges' Palace and Bridge of Sighs. We learned a great deal about the history of the Venice Republic.

Worth the money to skip the lines and be informed along the way of the history and significance of the building and artwork. Our guide, Eliza, was fantastic combing history and humor.

Excellent tour offered by Myla Millo from the Doooing Experience company. Myla takes her time to explain the history and art, whether in English or French.

Way too expensive for a 1.5 hr tour in my view. The guide would not answer any of the questions I asked properly. Not too much history for me to learn here too.

Great tour. Very informative and historical from viewpoints we had never considered. Lots of casual walking but included lots of stairwells both up and down.

We had a wonderful tour, David was awesome and very knowledgeable about the history of Venice. The palace was amazing and we thank you for sharing this wonderful place.
