The company forgot to schedule the driver to pick me up at the airport. Paid to have a driver waiting for me with a sign and minivan to hotel. Instead waited 30 minutes for a lesser car, then had to stop for gas before going to the hotel. The company refused a partial refund even though I didn't receive the services I paid for. Viator didn't provide me any resolution either. The company also lied to me and blamed the driver, telling me there are "too many exits at domestic terminal." I would not have left a bad review if they took accountability, I understand mistakes happen. But this led me to feel I should warn others not to book this company for airport pickup. The driver was great, he repeatedly apologized and was very friendly.
Driver was on time, was friendly. Got to our hotel without a hiccup. This was the least expensive option on viator.
No driver was waiting, and after multiple attempts to contact the operator, we had to find a different taxi service.
The Driver was very helpful and accommodating. Made the trip easy and pick-up was smooth. The minivan was spacious and was able to carry six people with 6 luggage.
