この記念碑は、歓迎の意を表す若い男性と若い女性の 2 人の姿をした形で描かれています。若い女性の手には、歓迎の意を表す花束が握られています。ジャカルタ中心部に位置し、ジャカルタ市内で最も有名でよく知られているランドマークの 1 つです。
ムルデカ スクエアはジャカルタ市の中心であり、省庁、大統領府、さらにはムルデカ スクエアの中央に位置するジャカルタのランドマーク (国定記念物) などの多くの政府の建物があります。
ムルデカ スクエアの真ん中にある国定公園を訪れてください。高さ 132 メートルのモニュメントで、上に金箔の炎があり、国の独立を象徴しています。これはジャカルタ市のハイライトの 1 つです。記念碑の地下には、先史時代から現在までのインドネシアの歴史を描いた 48 のジオラマが展示されています。 （毎週月曜日は、国定公園は休館日です。モニュメントの外のエリアのみ見学できます）。
Jalan Lapangan Banteng Utara に位置する大聖堂は、1891 年に建てられたゴシック様式で建てられました。ガラス絵で飾られた高い窓のある高い塔があります。教会の内部には、半円を形成する 3 つの祭壇があります。また、ホラ貝のような音を反射する美しい古い祭壇もあります。
インドネシアのジャカルタにあるイスティクラル モスクは、東南アジアで最大のモスクであり、礼拝者数では世界で 6 番目に大きいモスクです。アラビア語で「独立」を意味するイスティクラル。市内中心部に位置し、国立大聖堂のほぼ向かい側にあるこのモスクは、平和と宗教的寛容の象徴でもあります。 注: イスティクラル モスクは毎週金曜日は休業です。

バタビアの旧市街は、インドネシアを植民地化する際にオランダ支配の中心地だったため、この地域には元知事官庁、銀行、病院、郵便局、裁判所があり、現在は美術館に改装されています。アムステルダムにいるような旧市街のバタビアでは、オランダ風の建物があります。
バタビアの頭にあるジャカルタ旧港。途中、17世紀からの古い「跳ね橋」。この港はポルトガル語とオランダ語がインドネシアに到着したときに最初に使用されました。

This was a great way to see Jakarta. Our guide accommodated our schedule and pace. It made the tour much more leisurely.
Fitri was lovely! She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about Jakarta and Indonesia’s history. She was happy to answer all our questions and chose very interesting places for is to see. By the end of the trip, she felt like family. We highly recommend her. Thank you for a job well done!

We went with very little expectations because we didn't think there was much to see in the city. But our guide, Catherine, did a superb job sharing lots of interesting information and history about Jakarta and the country in general. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend for a good overview of this country and city.

Excellent trip. The food was fantastic. Fresh, clean and so tasty. Nice mix of street and restaurant food. Won’t normally eat food street food but I had no hesitation in trying all the dishes
