My class reunion and I used this company for our excursions and transportation. We were a group of 10-14 and we were fully accommodated, handled professionally and treated like family-honestly. We did the bamboo rafting, catamaran party boat and snorkeling. They were also nice enough to stop at a gift shop. The only thing that was missing was the WiFi that was supposed to be included on the bus. However, nothings perfect and we would book with them every-time we return! Big up! See ya next time!

If your looking for great services this will be the perfect find for you .The services is absolute the bestly the best
Shawn and his crew took excellent care of my girls! From multiple excursions to airport pickups, they were always on time and very hospitable. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The rum punch was always available, and it felt like a party every time. We had so much fun! And you know we absolutely loved Leon! Don't be jealous, Shawn; we love you too! Lol. I highly recommend them all around. Love you guys!

Dependable Travel
We love to start our vacations with private transfer to ensure we get to the resort as quick as possible! The car and driver were ready to go when we were.

Refund
They sent text & What's App at 2:05 am to inform me that my destination was not in Montego Bay and increase. I agreed to the $80 Roundtrip but had already paid $70 by credit card but he wanted me to give $80 cash to my driver. I did not have $80 cash to give him. He told me to take a taxi. He would have Viator refund my $70

Excellent customer service
Shawn provided amazing service. He really kept us engaged in conversation while safely taking us to our destination. He also provided us lots of interesting facts about Jamaica, which kept the car ride fun and interesting. I would definitely recommend booking with Groovy Tours.
