お客様は乗車場所でお迎えし、目的地までお送りします。 到着次第、お客様にご提供いただいた連絡先情報（テキスト、電話、電子メール）を介してご連絡を差し上げます。 空港ピックアップに関する注意事項 空港到着の場合は、予定時刻に到着します。フライトの遅延や欠航が発生した場合は、できるだけ早くお知らせください。また、フライトの遅延や欠航を可能な限り監視し、お迎えの日程を変更するよう努めます。税関の手続きや荷物の受け取りにかかる時間を考慮して、フライト到着後 20 分以内にお会いできるようお願いいたします。 国際線到着の場合は、税関エリアを通過して荷物を受け取った後、税関カウンターを通過し、安全なドアを通って待ち合わせエリア D に出ます。 国内線到着の場合は、フライトゲートに応じて、手荷物カルーサルまたは待ち合わせエリアA、B、またはCのいずれかでお客様をお迎えします。 あなたの名前が入った紙/iPhone/iPadなどのサインもお持ちします。

Taking this shuttle to Lake Louise was perfect. After a long flight, this ride was a great way to finally relax and enjoy the fantastic views. Our driver, Peter, was so friendly and informative. He even took the time to stop at a viewing area so we could take some pictures of the mountains. I will use this shuttle in the future and would recommend it to anyone traveling from Calgary to Lake Louise and back.
