I cannot recommend Noleggiare based on my experience. After returning my rental car, I accidentally left my Blue Apple AirPods Max inside the vehicle. I reported the lost item immediately, and your staff later confirmed that my headphones had been found and would be safely stored for up to six months until I collected them. Trusting this confirmation, my daughter travelled to Bergamo Airport specifically to collect them. To our shock, instead of my genuine Apple AirPods Max, she was handed a pair of toy headphones. My headphones were confirmed to be in Noleggiare's possession, yet when they were supposed to be returned, they had disappeared. I have received no explanation for how this could happen. I then submitted a formal written complaint requesting an investigation, an explanation, and reimbursement for the loss. To this day, I have not received any response whatsoever. Losing a customer's valuable property is already unacceptable. Ignoring a formal complaint afterwards makes the situation even worse. A professional company should take responsibility for customers' belongings once they confirm they have been found, and at the very least respond when a customer asks for an explanation. I am now sharing my experience publicly because I have been left with no other way to get the company's attention.

Yohana is the best 💗 Mum & I had such a fun time learning how to cook Indonesian cuisine with her. I have no idea how I stumbled on her class, but so glad I did- she needs more recognition! Even though the stove in the Airbnb was extremely faulty she made it work. She is also full of the best and funniest stories. Don’t hesitate to book her in for your next trip to Bali. Waiting for her to visit Australia !!!

The experience was great she showed up with everything. She had been in the Airbnb we had before so she came prepared. She explained the dishes and alternatives. The kids even found it easy.

Yohana was fantastic, she came to our villa and showed us how to cook some delicious Balinese food. Even with our meagre villa cooking options it worked well. The kids really enjoyed it, everyone had some jobs to do and we all learned a few new things. We had vegetable fritters with peanut sauce, soy chicken, and satay. The best food we have had in Bali by far! Thank you Yohana for a wonderful afternoon and amazing food!!

Yohana was fabulous. So funny and great energy. So much knowledge provided in such a short period of time. The experience from start to finish was the highlight of our trip. Can’t wait to see Yohana again.

Yohana is a great vibe and excellent cook! We had a such a fun time and she helped our evening kick off to a good start. Her stories are hilarious and she adapts to the vibe of the group. It was awesome to learn about Indonesian cuisine and to enjoy the delicious food later in the evening. 100% recommend this experience!! Thank you Yohana <3

Yohana made for a fun and delicious cooking class. She suggested a menu our entire group could enjoy, walked us through the process for each recipe, and did a great job involving us in all of the tasks, while keeping things moving well. Recommended!
