Every visitor to Vietnam should do this !
Excellent !!! Our chef Yung met us at the markets . Thoroughly enjoyed tour of markets - her English was excellent and her knowledge made it very interesting. The kitchen was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Her kitchen helpers were pleasant and helpful. We all enjoyed the class -even my husband who rarely sets foot in a kitchen…. We laughed our way through the class and ended up with 3 authentic, traditional dishes that we then very proudly ate…highly recommend this cooking class.

The chef walked me around...
The chef walked me around the market and explained the various local ingredients. Then we went to the local culinary school and cooked a delicious meal!! I received a recipe book in the end. This was great!!

Delicious Food!!!
This was an awesome experience!! Chef first took me through the market and explained regional ingredients and then took me to the class. She took me step-by-step through the class and the final result was delicious!! I received a recipe book and certificate once completed. Finding the meeting spot was super easy. The only thing was I needed to find my way back to my hostel, despite the description saying the end point was back at the market. However, this wasn't really that big of a deal and frankly enjoyed the walk to digest all that delicious food!! Just something for others to be aware of. Overall, I highly recommend this experience!!!

Great Half a Day Cooking Experience- Saigon
Market visit was good, concise and informative. Cooking was excellent. We learnt not only about the ingredients but how to respect them proportionately. Then sharing a meal with those you cooked, can't get any better, you appreciate the food more. Great for adults.

Highly recommend
Had a fantastic time learning about the ingredients the culture of cooking and then hands on cooking, Dung was very friendly and insightful and to top it off we got to have a fantastic meal

Great experience cooking
The Chef, Mia was very knowledgeable and talked about differences in food and cooking styles in the regions and the meal cooked was delicious. Great for families, couples or if you’re on your own. At the end of the lesson there was time to eat and have a lovely chat with Mia. Recommend. Thanks Mia 💕

Cooking made fun
What a wonderful chef Ngoc Dung is. Her passion for cooking is shown in how she teaches her class. It was amazing. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed myself and wish that I was in Saigon long enough to go again to cook other foods. I would highly recommend taking this tour because you also get to go to the market to learn about some of the food that the Vietnamese use. The knowledge given is worth every dollar.

Four unlikely European cooks of Vietnamese dishes in Saigon
It was great fun to go to Ben Thanh market and then cook a full meal with the help and advice from chef Quy. Perhaps a full afternoon was quite a long session for us, since we had travelled in the morning to Saigon from the Mekong delta. Despite the tiredness, we were held in there and were blown away when we tasted our own creations at the end!

Lovely experience
A fantastic morning that started when we met with our chef at the market, where we first learned a little about the local spices and foodstuffs. After that we continued to the center where we learned some classic dishes as well as a little about how to make beautiful decorations of vegetables. After that we ate the food and we were given detailed recipes, so we can try it at home 👍
The staff speaks good English and are very sympathetic so we can only recommend the place. Thanks for a great experience 🙏
