It was a very great and interesting excursion. Our guide answered all questions and accompanied us well throughout the day.

We were trapped for three hours along with thousands of other tourists in the sun, queuing to see the terracotta statues from 100 meters away. We had five minutes to take photos in the most famous hangar, while hundreds of tourists behind us jostled like in a can of sardines, which was also very dangerous for children and the elderly. I saw wheelchair users without a dedicated lane, risking being trampled by the crowd—absurd! I repeat, Danny, the guide, was excellent, and the lunch was also fantastic; the problem is the lack of organization at the official tourist attraction.

We had a tour with Chelsea and it was superb - she was very informative and helpful, especially in the crazy human traffic at the Terracotta Warriors. The whole tour was better than we can have imagined; we learnt so much and Chelsea went above and beyond, helping us to book the famous Xi'an show in the evening (which I also highly recommended). The tour even came with lunch, something we weren't expecting. Highly recommended.

It was a very nice ride, a good van took us all the way. We were accompanied by the guide Chelsea, who speaks English very well and master all local history. The meal served was very good too. We were very satisfied with the service provided.

Chelsea was a very knowledgeable tour operator. She provided lots of information about dynasty history. Her explanations were very clear and informative throughout the tour. She also provided useful information about how to navigate through the mobs of people in pit 1. Diana was extremely helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel and tour start/end point. Terrific customer service.

Rocky is in one word: amazing. He speaks English very well and he knows what he is saying. His flexibility and his character makes a very, very good guide of him. Thanks a lot Rocky, you Rock!

I went on the tour with my 3 children, mother and other family members. We found Chelsea was organised, informative and friendly. She contacted us the day before the tour and it was easy to meet up for the tour. There was sufficient time to see the warriors and take photos. I would recommend the XR virtual reality experience which was at the end part of the tour. The lunch was also very good.

Pick up was easy at Bell Tower Hotel. During the drive to Terracotta warriors Chelsea gave a lot of information about the history of China, which was very interesting. Our tourguide let us through the 3 different pits and explained very well what you are looking at. After the 3 pits you get about 30 minutes to go through the museum on your own. After the museum you walk through the shopping streets to get lunch. Several different dishes are placed on a glass table to share with the other people on the tour. So far so good and actually a very nice tour. Now the bad part. On your way to lunch you are brought to a 'local' shop where you can meet the now 70 year old famous farmer that discovered the warriors. You can have your photo taken and buy a signed book. Prices in the shop are really high and there only Westerners. My wife points out that if this guy is really famous the shop would be packed with Chinese. Some people buy some items. For example a chess set for $70 that can be bought for around $10 in Xi'an. When we got back we looked up the famous farmer on the internet. He died in 2018. Very disappointed in Mubus that they are involved in this scam. The tour is actually good, but don't buy anything.

We enjoyed the tour Nancy did a great job but the enormous crowd coupled with a few glitches from other members on the tour group did detract from the overall experience
