Had a great experience learning the secret history of color fabrication techniques. Afterwards we were given the opportunity to create a small work of art with the paints we had created followed by a leisurely stroll through the amazing gardens of the Villa D'Melzi. This was a worthwhile and extremely educational activity in an amazing setting. I would highly recommend it, no prior art experience or knowledge is necessary, but it will certainly give you a greater insight and appreciate for art you see elsewhere in Italy.

What a fantastic experience! It was just amazing learning this old technique. Very inspiring. Abele is extremely knowledgeable and it was really special spending time with him in this beautiful setting. My daughter studies art and it was just the perfect thing to do. She loved every single second. Highly recommended. We hope to be back for one of the other experiences he offers. Or maybe more! I can’t praise this experience enough. Just fantastic.
