Francisco was an excellent guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour! We did this our first full day in the city and loved learning more about the food and into culture, and got to skip the line at some of the best spots in the city. We’ve done many of our own pintxo bar crawls afterward while here, but we had some of the best food on this tour in particular. Great way to meet other travelers as well. We booked last minute and would highly recommend.

Fran was EXCELLENT! I do a food tour in every city I visit and this was hands down the best one I’ve ever done! Fran was informative and friendly giving a wonderful tour rich with culture! The food was out of this world a great mix to really understand the pintxo culture in San Sebastián. I’d recommend doing this tour early on your trip if not the first day you’re in town. Fran was fantastic. He started with the History of food, the influence of cordon blue, the storey of the food societies and history of the city in general. The pinchos were carefully chosen the beverages curated to match the taste. We had great fun too
