Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your private sunset helicopter tour. Our private sunset tour is one of the longest tours we offer, however, we are able to offer private tours for guests who wish to customize their journey a bit more.
Avoid. Weather cancellations becomes my problem, not theirs. Booked weeks in advance. HeliNY cancelled the night before due to weather, which is fair enough. What’s not fair is what came next. No refund, just a 1 year credit they admitted we couldn’t use before we leave New York. We won’t be back within the year, so the credit is worthless. Their solution? Transfer the tickets to someone else. So I’m expected to go out, advertise their company, and sell my own expensive tickets at a discount just to recover some of my money. That’s not customer service, that’s offloading their problem onto me. Every objection gets the same answer: “it’s policy.” A policy that takes your money for a service they never delivered isn’t a policy, it’s a scam dressed up in fine print. Awful company. Book elsewhere.

As a result, bookings made for these dates are non-refundable. This policy is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions and is acknowledged during the checkout process prior to purchase. While these restrictions are necessary to maintain the highest level of service and availability, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to contact our team directly for assistance.
